Our client, a leading global executive search and assessment firm, needed to monitor all of the equipment on its network for its global office locations, which include 44 sites with 500 nodes. Because it is an international company, time differences needed to be accounted for and an escalated schedule needed to be created.

Align coordinated and became educated on SolarWinds network management software, a monitoring solution used to improve technology. Align introduced proactive responses to outages and potential outages/downtime and learned the in-depth systems and network and product knowledge for the SolarWinds product. Align utilized helpdesk support, systems engineers, network engineers, RRA IT staff and gained intimate knowledge of the SolarWinds’ capabilities and insight into the clients network.
