They needed assistance for many of their solutions in three offices located in Japan, New York and London including 200 traders and 500 total users. Align became responsible for their help desk, network support, infrastructure projects, Wintel server projects and support, Market Data projects and support and the trading floor MACs. To maintain and refresh our client’s technology, Align improved their Windows 2000 Domain, Cisco Network and CheckPoint Firewall as well as improved service levels and end user experience via better communication. The Align team added value by maintaining the client’s IT systems and holding regular project meetings, keeping them organized with exceptional tools like Asset Point, SMS and the PMO tool, as well as serving the users via the “Magic Help Desk.” Align has been committed to the company for 5 years and will continue to provide a thriving future for the financial company with many more planned upgrades.
